Paper Submission

Submit your research paper for AdMET 2026. Fill in all required fields below.

Call for Abstracts

Single-page abstracts are invited in line with the focal theme and scope of the national conference. Submissions must present original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. All abstracts, including tables, figures, and references, must be strictly limited to one A4-sized page and formatted as per the prescribed template available on the conference website.

Formatting Guidelines

Abstracts should be prepared in Times New Roman and must include the following:

  • Title: 14 pt, bold
  • Authors’ Names: 12 pt (mark the corresponding author with an asterisk *)
  • Affiliation: 12 pt, italics
  • Corresponding Author Email: in brackets (e.g., e-mail for correspondence: example@domain.com)
  • Abstract Text: 12 pt
  • Acknowledgements: Heading in italics; text in 12 pt

Submission Guidelines

Authors are requested to strictly adhere to the following:

  • The submitted work must be original and not under consideration or published elsewhere.
  • The abstract must align with Measurement Science topics as outlined in the conference scope.
  • Submissions should present data-driven insights and novel results; purely conceptual or proposed work will not be considered.
  • At least one author must be registered for the conference for the abstract to be included in the Abstract Book.

Submission Process

Authors are requested to submit their abstracts in the prescribed format through the conference website. Please name the submission document as Corresponding Author Name_Paper Title, that is, (Name)_(PaperTitle).

Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX. Maximum size: 10 MB.
